You'll receive a full body analysis through 'lean screen', individualised nutrition targets, suggested meal plans and a home exercise program for 4 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, or do not arrive for your session, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
