Lyndsey Harwood
Owner, Clinical Massage Therapist & Qualified Biokineticist
Originally from South Africa, Lyndsey is one of the UK's leading experts in clinical massage, rehabilitation, injury treatment and prevention, exercise science and biokinetics. She excels in identifying the root of your pain or your bespoke path to sporting excellence through her in-depth knowledge of human movement.

Lyndsey originally studied a degree in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics with Psychology. She went on to study a further BSc (MED)(HONS) in Biokinetics, at the Sport Science Institute of South Africa. This included a final year internship at Constantia Sports Medicine Centre (Cape Town) alongside Dr. Jason Suter where she registered with the health professional council of South Africa.

Lyndsey continued to develop her skills and after moving to the UK in 2005 decided to establish her own fitness studio (The Club) and rehabilitation clinic. This led to Lyndsey developing an interest in clinical massage therapy which she studied simultaneously and went on to graduate with the highest level of expertise in the UK, BTEC level 6 professional diploma.

Lyndsey has an innate desire to help and 'fix' people no matter what the ache, pain or injury. Her patients range from 'normal' niggles such as lower back, joint and neck pains to more underlying issues such as postural tension, chronic pain treatment and sports injuries.

Lyndsey has always maintained her interest in athlete performance, mechanical movement, sporting performance, strength training and weight management. So no matter what level you are beginner to elite, Lyndsey can develop your performance so you reach your specific goals through individual training programmes, athlete consultation and injury prevention.

Outside of work, Lyndsey is a keen sportswoman. In South Africa she represented her province in tennis, swimming and hockey. She is currently playing hockey here in the UK at national level and has competed in various ultra-marathons, triathlons and marathons through to 10K and 5K races. This adds an extra layer of understanding (and compassion) of the motivational and psychological aspects as well bio-mechanical analysis.
Ben Knight
Personal Trainer & Strength Training Coach
Ben is a personal trainer and experienced strength training coach. For those that are serious about body transformation or specific strength training. Ben is a highly experienced personal trainer with a vast amount of experience in training clients for weight loss, strength training, special populations and individuals with chronic illnesses.

Being an expert in weight loss transformations led to Ben working with one of the industries biggest fitness stars writing well over 1000 nutrition and training plans for their clients.
