Service Description

Find your optimal self through a full body comprehensive movement analysis consultation. You receive a fully, detailed overview that highlights any areas of weakness, imbalance or injury and how to overcome them. It also includes: two 1hr treatments, 2 training sessions in our gym and a bespoke training programme for home that is designed to help you achieve your goals.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, or do not arrive for your session, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
